• Pricing is not displayed on our website. We will submit a quotation as per the inquiry in your currency on Ex-Works delivery terms.
• Shipping cost, import duty or taxes in your country may apply and will be detailed at the time of quotation.
• Prices are subject to change with change in raw material costs and/or exchange rate of Indian Rupees to USD or EUROS beyond 5%

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• All knives are made to order and not kept in ready stock.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product technical details or pricing information.

7. Production and Quotations

• Though we have a database of most machine knives, we will always ask for your production drawings / prints to submit a quotation or to start production.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• As a general business practice, we offer products on Ex-Works basis. However, our team will help you negotiate the best lowest logistics cost with logistics partners for ease of business.
• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to any unforeseen circumstances.
• Responsibility for the products transfers to you upon delivery to the logistics partner in our country.
